Mixed-use project in Susquehanna gets $5.3M county loan for infrastructure work

A low-interest loan from Dauphin County will help fund road improvements for a major mixed-use development in Susquehanna Township.

Dauphin County commissioners on Wednesday approved a $5.3 million loan through the county’s infrastructure bank to support Vartan Group Inc.’s Susquehanna Union Green project at Progress Avenue and Linglestown Road.
