Droves of potato lovers lined up at Susquehanna Union Green on Saturday to celebrate the grand opening of the new Potato Coop restaurant.

After 10 years of delighting taste buds with their iconic food truck, Potato Coop celebrated this new chapter in their journey, marking a special day for new and loyal customers alike at their very first brick-and-mortar location.

Located at 2650 Gravel Road, the restaurant has a snazzy interior with big windows and double-height ceilings, plus a dining terrace with cheerful yellow umbrellas and ample seating — a perfect place to enjoy outdoor dining with great food and friends.
