Medical Office Building Under Construction

Linlo Properties has broken ground at 2600 Union Green, a new medical/office building within the Commercial Core of Susquehanna Union Green.

The single-story building will consist of 15,438 square feet with a porte-cochère. Significant architectural elements include the full-depth masonry and metal facade, large windows bathing the interior with natural light, exterior lighting, and enhanced landscaping.

The building integrates seamlessly into the pedestrian network of the surrounding community and boasts high walkability.

The site features monument signage opportunity and abundant parking. Construction of the building shell is scheduled for completion in December 2024.

The building is developed in cooperation with TKS Architects and Weidner Construction Services.
