New Luxury Apartments Coming Soon

Additional luxury apartments are in the works for Susquehanna Union Green.

Development plans for Union Green’s latest phase were unanimously approved at the August 22, 2024 meeting of the Susquehanna Township Board of Commissioners. The plans include 156 new apartments, a community center with a swimming pool, pedestrian-friendly site design, and lush plantings and site improvements.

Building on the award-winning success of Union Summit at Union Green, the new apartment homes are expected to be in high demand.

New apartments homes are projected to be ready for occupancy in the second half of 2025.

The development team is led by Vartan Group, Inc. and Landmark Homes.
