Plan for Central Green Pavilion Receives Final Approval

Susquehanna Union Green received final approval for Phase II-D at the February meeting of the Susquehanna Township Board of Commissioners.

This plan is centered around the Central Green Pavilion – a critical support space for the Central Green and overall development, containing space for utilities, restrooms, automated teller machine, and a concession kiosk.

Financial assistance for the Pavilion is provided by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Hon. Josh Shapiro, Governor. The project received a $500,000 Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program (RACP) award in the 2024 funding cycle.

While the project moves through the RACP process, it progresses to the construction documentation phase, to be followed by pre-construction and construction.

Vartan Group, Inc. is the project developer. H.F. Lenz Company and LBA Landscape Architecture are the site designers.
